After trawling through Google I found Kent Loft Boarding & Conversions and was encouraged by the good reviews. I made contact with Ben who came round and discussed what options were available and provided a very reasonable quote for the work.
The team arrived and went straight to work, very professional, friendly and tidy, showed all,the work that was completed and made sure I was completely satisfied, even had a lesson on the loft ladder. I thoroughly recommend this company. Last year they boarded our loft and have just fitted a loft ladder and hatch. The communication is great, I felt well informed of when to expect visits to quote and do the job. Everybody turned up on time, is friendly and have done the job so professionally. We now have a really good storage area in our loft, which was previously filthy dirty and inaccessible. I was given full instructions of how to use our new ladder and there was no mess at all left to clean up. The new loft hatch is neat and well fitting. All in all a really good experience - thank you!

Ben and his Team have really transformed the loft space of my rental property. It’s now a very impressive space. I was recommended to them as loft specialists by Ryan of Hammerwood Joinery. Ben responded promptly throughout, gave a very professional assessment of how much the existing insulation could be safely increased by and the boarding out options. George and his colleague turned up on time, worked solidly, neatly, courteously and with minimal disturbances of my Tenant and their family. Despite the heat, the job was 90% complete by the end of the first day, and the more complex area around the hatch and bathroom utility feeds finished the following morning. The team had cleared the loft space of old clutter and boards as agreed and left the stairs and landing clean and neat overnight and when they left.

Outstanding service throughout from Ben and his colleagues when I arranged to have my loft boarded. Ben initially attended to survey the work and recommended the best way to do this, which actually cost less! The whole process was easy and very straightforward, including the day of installation. Ben's staff turned up on time, were polite and friendly and immediately got to work, continuing without a break until the job was finished. Before leaving they took time to go through everything, explaining what they'd done and how to properly use the ladders etc, to ensure I was happy with the standard of the work. They also made sure the whole area was hoovered and left immaculate! Cannot recommend this company highly enough, many thanks for everything.
